1. Nova Poshta (2-4 days in Ukraine)

The delivery cost to a Nova Poshta office or your door will depend on Nova Poshta's delivery rates.

The delivery cost is determined according to the rates of Nova Poshta and is paid by the customer when they receive their order.

Due to martial law in Ukraine, shipments are made on Mondays and Thursdays to minimize risk.

All branches of Nova Poshta are closed during air alarm signals. Therefore, shipments can be postponed to the next day if the sending time and an air alarm signal coincide. We appreciate your understanding.

2. UkrPoshta (10 - 21 days international delivery)

Delivery cost is determined according to the rates of "UkrPoshta" and is paid by the customer when ordering goods.

By order of the Courier Delivery Section, international postal items are delivered by courier to the entrance of a building or the recipient's door (apartment, office, premises). The recipient will give the delivery address to UkrPoshta over the phone. 

After agreeing on the delivery time, the recipient will receive a call 15 minutes before the package arrives.

International postal deliveries may be sent to the post office of the addresses service area if:

- The order contains items that might be taxable in your country.

- The courier has not been able to contact the recipient for two days.

3. DHL (3-5 days international shipment)

The cost of international delivery is calculated based on weight, cargo dimensions, and distance. Delivery costs are paid by the customer when they place an order.

By order of the Courier Delivery Section, international postal items are delivered by courier to the entrance of a building or the recipient's door (apartment, office, premises). The recipient will also give their delivery address over the phone.
