• The validity period of the "gift certificate" is indicated on the card.
• "Gift certificate" can be used once during its term of validity, by paying the full amount of its face value, presenting it at the time of payment. After presenting the "gift certificate", it is either withdrawn, or its individual code is canceled.
• The "Gift Certificate" is not personalized, but if you wish, we can make it personalized if you order 3-5 days in advance.
• During the promotional period, the "gift certificate" does not apply to products with special prices, discounts and gifts.
• When placing an order using a certificate, the buyer must inform the manager of the serial number of the "gift certificate" when confirming the order.
• The purchase price may exceed the value of the "gift certificate". In this case, the buyer must pay the difference between the value of the "gift certificate" and the value of the product in cash.
• If the purchase price is less than the value of the "gift certificate", the difference will not be returned to the buyer.
• In the case of termination of the sales contract and return of the goods purchased with the use of a "gift certificate", the refund for the goods is carried out by issuing a new "gift certificate" of the same denomination as the certificate with which the returned goods were purchased. If the value of the returned product at the time of its purchase exceeded the face value of the certificate and the buyer paid the difference in cash, upon termination of the sales contract, this amount of the difference is returned.
• "Gift certificate" cannot be exchanged for cash or returned.

1. Nova Poshta (2-4 days in Ukraine)
Delivery is carried out by means of the "Nova Poshta" courier service to any selected office throughout Ukraine (cities and regions of delivery) or to a door of the customer's choice according to the carrier's tariffs. The cost of delivery is determined according to the tariffs of "Nova Poshta" and is paid by the client upon receipt of the goods. In connection with the martial law in Ukraine, the shipment is carried out on Monday and Thursday, in order to minimize the risks of our colleagues. Also, all branches of "New Post" are closed when the air-raid alarm is sounded, in this regard, shipments may be postponed to the next day, if the time of dispatch and the air-raid alarm signal coincide. 2. UkrPoshta (10 - 21 days international delivery)
The cost of delivery is determined according to the tariffs of "UkrPoshta" and is paid by the client when ordering the product before shipment. International mail items are delivered by a courier in accordance with the order of the Courier Delivery Department to the entrance of the building or to the door (apartment, office, premises) of the Recipient, after agreeing on the time of delivery to the address in a telephone conversation. After agreeing on the delivery time, 15 minutes before the delivery address arrival, the courier calls the Recipient and informs about the arrival. International mail ordered for courier delivery can be sent to the post office of the addressee's service area: - if the goods included in the international postal shipment were taxed - if the courier could not contact the Recipient within two days.

3. DHL (3-5 days international shipping)
The cost of international delivery is calculated based on the weight, dimensions of the cargo and the distance, and is paid by the customer when ordering the product before shipment. International mail items are delivered by a courier in accordance with the order of the Courier Delivery Department to the entrance of the building or to the door (apartment, office, premises) of the Recipient, after agreeing on the time of address delivery in a telephone conversation.
